I have been a Designer/Draftsman since 2001, and have recently decided to start my own venture; JM Design. I am not a licensed Architect, and there are certain limitations to what I am legally allowed to design per each states legislation. I do have a network of Licensed Architects at my disposal whom I do work with to make certain that your project can make it through permitting without cutting any corners.
