Satin - Large - Adult - na - Rabbit - Ebony and Onyx
Description
Ebony and Onyx have had a very difficult life. They first came into rescue from a basement breeder confiscation, and were adopted out to someone who kept them in a cage outside where they were threatened by snakes. They were saved from that horrible situation, only to be adopted out a second time to a home where the family dog attacked Onyx and broke his back. The family chose to surrender them to our clinic rather than pay for his care, so that is how they came to be our foster rabbits. Onyx is paralyzed in his rear legs, but tries to move as best he can, and his mate is devoted to him, always by his side. These beautiful rabbits are in dire need of a special adopter who has experience caring for paralyzed rabbits and will love them and keep them safe. We honestly don't know if there is anyone willing to take on special needs rabbits like Onyx and his mate, but we wanted to try because they are such wonderful bunnies, and deserve a chance to have a home of their own.
