Marengo Adoption Donation $250.00 UPDATED August 11, 2009 Marengo has been started under saddle and ridden the last two days. She is doing extremely well for hardly being handled. She is going to make someone a really nice horse. She is quiet and does nothing stupid. Will try and get pictures of her under saddle the next time she is ridden. Updated May 17th: Marengo was ridden today with the Noavell Headstall. Within 45 minutes of working with her they were ridding her. She walked, trotted, cantered and backed when asked. She just needs someone to finish her out. Marengo is a 3 year old grade horse, she looks to be a quarter horse. We picked her up in Crawford County for the sheriff's department a while back. She was running at large and the owner never came to claim her. She knows how to lead and pick up her feet. She will load in a trailer if not pushed. She is a loving horse that loves attention. She stands about 14.3 hands and is sorrel in color.
