Expanding wholesale company seeking customer service reps. Job responsibilities include order processing, manage customer concerns , resolve issues, answer questions and sales. We carry over 10,000 products so you must be highly organized. We are seeking individuals that can multi-task, have excellent communication skills, detail oriented, friendly and comfortable on the phone . Further advancement possibilities for right individuals.
The successful candidate should be highly proficient in the following:
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to work effectively within a team environment
