Dobby is a 21/2 year old Tabby. You always know when Dobby has entered the room. He immediately starts chattering your ear off. Dobby had a home for two years, but some of his family members became ill so he was returned to ARC. His return didnt seem to affect him too much. He loves everyone and is very easygoing. Dobby takes lifes ups and downs in stride. Adoption Fees: $50 for Cats, $65 for DogsAll our pets are spayed, neutered, and up-to-date on all shots. The Animal Refuge Center has these and many more pets waiting for a good home. Note: The Animal Refuge Center has a "No-Declaw" policy.
