Chatterbox is a 12-month-old tortoiseshell. Shes PollyAnnas sister, but they arent similar. After Chatterbox came to ARC, she was a little spitfire. She was wiggly and threw hissing fits. We could tell this little girl had a lot of spunk. All those hisses turned into little chatters therefore entitling her to this name. Chatterbox is adorable with a strong personality. Shes looking for a family that she can chatter sweet nothings to. Adoption Fees: $60 for Cats, $70 for DogsAll our pets are spayed, neutered, and up-to-date on all shots. The Animal Refuge Center has these and many more pets waiting for a good home. Note: The Animal Refuge Center has a "No-Declaw" policy.
