William Thomason BywayLeitchfield, KY  42754Shelter hours: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 to 1:30 (central time zone) Hi, my name is Jax, and I'm a guy tabby (short coat) about one year old. I could have been named after Jax, the Louisiana beer, and I might have been smuggled into these Kentucky lands and I'm really a Cajun cat on the lam (and I do meow with a Cajun accent). I am a very goodlooking young man, non? I'm kind of small and kind of shy and looking for a quiet home where I can just be myself and hang out with my person without a lot of fuss and feathers, although I do like other cats. Hey, we could have Cajun nights at your place. You could play the fiddle and I could do a jig, and then we could all chow down on gumbo and you could drink some Jax (the beer, I mean). Anyhow, I'm not your run-of-the-mill lap cat but I'm very sweet and I've got that old tabby charm. Oh, one other thing. Grayson is a wonderful place, but boy is it ever getting crowded! The volunteers love us all but they can only give us limited time (even for a lovable Cajun boy like me), so I need you to get me straight away, oui?
